2 BEDROOM UNIT - 1030 SQUARE FEET

$1,900.00 PER MONTH

RATES INCLUDE:

Gas, electric, emergency phone system, water, sewer and garbage.

Each unit is cable and internet ready and along with phone service can be purchased at the renters expense.

Each unit has their own heating and cooling controls for individual comfort.  The emergency phone system is "LifeLink" which is run through the NCCS in Fremont. Tenants can choose between a pendant or bracelet to wear at all times.  In cases of emergency the tenant pushes the button on their pendant or bracelet and a series of people  (designated by the tenant) are called until someone is reached and help is on the way.
